How Much Should Our Wedding DJ Cost?

Prices below are current prices through February, 2012.

Firm price quotes are readily available when I am provided specific details.

All fees include standard travel, set up, additional wireless microphones for toasts, performance and removal time.

Special Requests:
Please contact me for estimates regarding any requests not covered below. I understand your special event is unique and so are your needs for sound, music and MC services.

Wedding Receptions:
Pricing begins at $1,500 (Includes up to 6 hours of coverage)

Wedding Ceremonies:
$200 to $500 Prices vary based on logistics and sound reinforcement (mics) requirements.

Additional Remote Sound System(s):
Typically used for the cocktail hour. Prices begin at $200

Extra Labor:
Pricing begins at $200 when logistics require additional equipment

Private Parties:
Pricing begins at $900. On average most clients spend between $900 to $1,500 depending on their needs and logistics

Corporate Events:
Pricing begins at $900. On average most clients spend between $900 to $2,000 depending on their needs and logistics

Karaoke Available:
Pricing begins $500 depending on logistics

Travel Time:
Travel is included for venues within the blue zone of the map at THIS LINK. Please contact me for travel fees regarding venues outside of my standard service area.

We are so appreciative of your service to the Spirit of Japantown Festival. You did work beyond what was asked - meeting all those special requests, working in changes in the schedule, emceeing a large portion of the festival and bringing in a professional feel and performance all day.

I loved your instincts regarding pacing and working in the introductions of VIPs (even when they arrived late). You handled the audio needs of the Maids and made then very happy as well as the split second timing of the ScoJourners set.

All in all, we could not have had the smooth operation without you. Wesley Jazz members know the difference and commented to me how it was superb working with you.
